The founder Mr. Beppe Zaoli, an important skipper at an international level, has melted his technical knowledge and extensive experience coming from the top-level racing, with his deep passion for the open sea. He managed to realize his dreams about having his own laboratory in Sanremo (Ospedaletti) where he could apply his experience and transmit it to his colleagues. 

Zaoli Sail was born like this, following at the very first stage: the one design (Snipe and J24); and than approaching all the other fields. 

An extra gear has been obtained by improving the materials, which are made upon specific needs for every boat, just like a made-to-measure dress. 

This allows Zaoli Sails to always improve the sails performance, but also to create unique products that perfectly adapt to the specific characteristics of every single boat. 

The persistent research allowed Zaoli Sails to identify new solutions and new products, arriving to the best solution of manufacturing the material, there are only three other sails makers that have the power to do so. 

From 1979 Zaoli Sails, born as a small laboratory, has completely transformed and has become an important international group. Zaoli Sails can operate in every sector of sails making, always keeping the original handicraft values upon which Zaoli Sais was founded. 

Thanks to the cutting edge technology of development and to the enormous amount of space available (2500 square meter and 26 master skippers) Zaoli Sails can guarantee fast production and delivery (two weeks), technical support during the sail tuning, testing in the open sea and the final boat check up to all its customers.

Every sails come with two years of warranty and a check-up is offered at the end of the season. 

Every single product is designed with the latest software and specifically cut depending on the type by two plotters.
